    It’s a female trap Pepe
Pepe in order to gain control woman always want the man to cook!

Believe me on this, after 45 years with Scary old woman, once you show you can do more then heat up a can of chili, you’re done for. Only reveal that you can make basic survivor food.

    I am laughing sooooo hard!!!!
    Yup, I agree, Kathy....ROFL!

My choice in men always included a cook/world class chef....I can cook in an emergency, but that's IT!!! I am the baker. NO ONE messes with MY yeast!!! LMAO!

Now, the laundry...well, my beau messes it up (I suspect, on purpose)...he's an MD/PhD...so that I will forbid him from doing it. Same as with the dishes...

Kathi, they now have a 'cure' for part of the male inability to do laundry. It is like a dryer sheet except it goes into the washer and captures all the dyes that are released into the water. Voila, no more white things turning pink or other colors of the rainbow!

I think a woman must have invented it!

Of course it still doesn't keep them from washing things that shrink...sweaters come to mind or drying the heck out of things, but I guess if you can get them to put the dirty clothes into the hamper you have made a giant leap!

    Hugs,

    Kathi,
    HMMMMMMM.. sounds to

    Kathi,
HMMMMMMM.. sounds to me like he has your number!!! LOL Mine tried that with the dishes once, and only once! When I served dinner the next night on the still "icky" plate that he supposedly washed, he never did it again.
Once, he made a comment on the way that I vacummed, so I put the handle up, kept it running and went shopping!
I am evil that way ;) he he

    I use that sheet...
After turning my MIL's new white 'granny panties' a nice soft pink...ROFL....she was SO put out...I told her, with laughter...well, at least you know they are clean...STILL didn't get me out of doing laundry...

So, I got MY revenge! When we first started the 6 months in America/6 months The Netherlands, I INSISTED on a NEW laundry pair!!! (Actually I LOVE it!). The washer heats it's own water, and the dryer...well...it removes it's own humidity...no more steamy windows, and that's WITHOUT a vent to the outside!!!

    hugs, Kathi

    Thank you, Kathy....for the inspiration!!!

I don't know if it is just here in Canada
but I have seen a trend to more men cooking most of the meals. They take great pride + often come up with some pretty wonderful food.

It's probably the same here, for example in the north
thousands of man use to gather in gastronomic clubs where a different member use to cook every day, ( look at the intent for "Basque txoco") and we are talking about most of the population in the northern provinces especially in the basque country....but I'm useless since l was a kid , I'm really allergic to that , something very strange but if I cook something ( even a sandwich) it taste me strange and I loose immediately my appetite ! it's not a joke!LOL.
