PET today for hubby of luv2cut1

Myka...know that I am thinking of you at Pat today as he gets his first post treatment PET. Mark said the scan was no big deal...didn't like the not eating breakfast...no coffee. He is taking it all in stride and is in no hurry to get results. That's just his way.
Mixleader and Pam M have scans coming up too. My best to ALL of you!!

    Thanks so much for the well wishes today. I know pattyanny has scan coming up on Monday as well. Seems like lots of scans in November!

    I really can't believe how much this board has helped me. I am having a lot of anxiety today, but I don't think it is as bad as it has been in the past. Feeling that we are not alone and knowing that the people on this board care and understand has been a great comfort to me. I just hope that I can help bring some of that comfort to others. None of us want to be here, but as Kim said in one of her posts, no one can really understand except those that have been, or are going, through it. Thanks so much to all for your guiding light and know that my wishes and prayers are with all of you always, with a few extras for those that have scans coming up!

    We will have to wait.
    Mark is in no hurry to get his results. His appointment with his doctor is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving...Hope there is good news so we can be thankful for the holiday and I can post on the Thanksgiving thread.
    Myka, hope the scan was a non-issue and the results as clear as the sky will be on the East Coast today!!! (Brilliant sunshine forcasted).

    for Mark and the others, what a wonderful thanksgiving it will be for you guys. Praying it is the best possible news "NED". Keep us posted. My prayers are going up.....

    Thank you all so much. We did get NED for head and neck cancer! As I stated on my other post, (as close to NED as possible) Pat will never get a full clean scan because of CLL-but right now they can find NO EVIDENCE of HEAD AND NECK! (cancer, that is lol).
