So, you drank your gift.

Would a biannual meeting of the So Cal chapter of the CSN ladies and gift exchange suit you? Should we cut the crap and just bring liquor? I understand it's suppose to be quicker.

Let's see 20+ ladies and if each one were to bring a bottle for each of the other ones...and of course, if a train leaves Newark at the same time traveling at 65 miles per hour...

I'm thrilled you found a special occasion to celebrate...like moving after all those years.

Salute! La chaim!

I agree .. Jan .. that's why I always refer to 'Theresa' as
Faith .. Hope .. and Sass .. whereas actual screen name is Faith Hope and little chemotherapy.. I have the pleasure of meeting F.H. and sass in late August, and she is ever bit the 'pistol' in person! I hope I didn't give too much away !

I can hardy wait to see ... what's next for Faith, Hope and Sass! LOL

    Me too
I, too, met FHS (Faith Hope & Sass) and, based on her postings expected a cranky old curmudgeon wearing a stained flannel shirt and overalls. In reality, she's beautiful and her daughter is even more gorgeous and she's kind and nice and, yes, funny.

I think maybe you have to be a Trader Joe shopper and have actually had two buck Chuck to get the two buck Traci reference or maybe I'm, as usual, missing the boat...

    I try.

And that's three paragraphs beginning with "I."

    Time to sign off.

    xoxo

    *I* am gift enough!
While I loved all the sweet, thoughtful gifts that many of you brought to our SoCal (Re)Union back in August...if you will recall, Victoria and I (we who, coincidentally, didn't bring no gifts for nobody), are of the opinion that our mere presences were presents enough for all of you.

    And we're stickin' to it!

    But
have you noticed though, Traci, when people write about their memories of that lovely day and they list all the wonderful gifts, they never ever mention the gift of Traci and Victoria????

    Should we be miffed?

Yes, you were both gift enough...
Have I mentioned how grateful I am that I don't see either of you sitting on my kitchen counter reminding me of that charming afternoon?

If not, thank you for not sitting on my counter.

To quote a true curmudgeon, "Welcome, not get off my porch!"
