Chemo Brain is real. My doctor told me that it will dissipate eventually. Bless you Ashley, I can't imagine being so young and going through all of this.

Thank you. I still deal with some things, like being tired and all but this is something new it started a couple of months ago, well I've always forgot keys and what not but today I was setting in the parking lot and totally forgot what I was doing, and I was in a HUGE fog all day!

    Hi Ashley
Chemo brain is certainly real. For me, I think something and it seems to comes out of my mouth slightly differently, as I think one name and say another. The great news is that chemo brain seems to repair itself. It's so nice to meet you and I look forward to hearing more of your story.

    Chemo Brain
I recently had a huge case of chemo brain and fog and it is very scarey! I also thought of what if I am driving like this . I would talk to your Dr and review what medications you are on . I think mine was so bad because I had taken a sleeping pill the night before, and even though I had taken them before without a problem ,things are now different on chemo. It hasn't been so bad since so hopefully it won't happen again. Good Luck to you !

    article
I Ashley, I sometimes have to read things twice before my brain will register. My brain feels slower, although in my case, I am older.
I found this article to be interesting.

    Chemo brain
I was diagnosed at age 30 and have been on some type of chemo for a year and a half. I say I'm 31 going on 80 because of my chemo brain. I will walk into a room and just go blank--haven't done it while driving thank God! I hope you see some improvement soon.
    Blessings to you!

    Thank you ALL
It's SO NUTTS sometimes! But i've learned to laugh at it until it happens in the car :(
Thank you all for letting me know that I'm not going NUTS. LOL, I've learned tho in the past few months that this has been happening that if I get a good nights sleep it helps.

I can't spell that well anymore because of chemo. I also can't remember who I told what to,
find myself repeating, somtimes I feel like I'm totally losing it. Hang in there you are normal.
