CONTINUED PRAYERS FOR BONNIE

Just asking that we continue to keep our thoughts and prayers with Bonnie. She's back in the hospital, with pneumonia and a possible bowel blockage. This is according to the Caring Bridge journal entry by daugther, Michelle as of Saturday. And I know all of you ladies will rally with me this morning to lift her up in prayer, and for the family, too.

    NEW UPDATE THIS MORNING
    From CaringBridge at 9:56 am:

    "Another quick note just to let you know how Mom is doing. Her temp has stayed down and over all she is feeling better but the pain and muscle spasms have returned. They are still evaluating as the Pneumonia is in both lungs but they believe the meds she is on for it is helping to fight it. They are going to give her flexerall to see if this will help calm them. Do not think she will go home today but will let you know as the docs will be in to see her this afternoon.

    Thanks for all the prayers for relief from pain and healing."

    Hello again from Michelle,

    Wanted to let everyone know mom is still at the U. Doctor called Randy this morning and said she is not well and we should come. Her fevers are back, she is on O2 due to she is having a hard time breathing, blood pressure is high, and they have her on a drip pain med to keep her comfortable. She is weak but still with us and surrounded by family. I will update as I can.

    She is constantly
    on my mind and I bring her to the Lord daily. What an amazing teal fighter, sister, mom, wife, grandma, and saint!!!

    Dear Monica,

    I've been praying for Bonnie every day for months now. Although I haven't been on the board as much as I used to be, I think of her all the time, and correspond with her on facebook occasionally. In these 8 years I've belonged to this board, I've learned, laughed, and cried with women I've never met in person. It's a great privilege to count Bonnie as a friend.

    You put it so well - we may never have met in person, but I feel as though we are all sisters. Bonnie and I also began to correspond via email several years ago. She is the epitomy of grace and inspiration more than I can say. She sent me a prayer shawl when I was going through my recurrance. And once I asked about the cactus in her garden that she spoke about, so she actually sent me a clipping. I now have it in my garden and think of her always when I look at it.

    So tonight my prayers are once again with her and her family. May the Lord's grace, peace and love be all in all to Bonnie and family. God's Blessings to you too, Sue and everyone on the board. I have been privileged to know Bonnie, too.

    Oh my,

    I hope and pray for Bonnie and her family today.

    I pray that God gives her and her loved ones faith and strength to hold on and
    know everything must and will get better.

    Bonnie is like my rock ever since I've joined this board, so I will continue to keep her in my thoughts.
