an update on Ed

Well we have had a horrible week again, the doctors cannot seem to find the cause of ed's high blood pressure problem for a week, they have changed med's, increased/decreased decadrone, adding new b/p med's. It has been a week from hell!!!!!!! He is very very weak, I believe some of this is from post radiation to his brain, I think his overall cancer is back and also, I believe he is just so tired from all that he has been through. eight rounds of radiation/ 15 whole brain radiations, I think my poor husband is just so beat up. I am so glad that we had our party last weekend because he seemed so much better. I am hoping and praying that his blood pressure issue gets resolved and that he is feeling somewhat better.
It has been a long road, with many battles to go through, and we are still going through them.
Just wanted to let everyone out there know that I read the posts daily and am thinking of all of you.

    Hi Linda,
    Boy so sorry to hear the week you and Ed have had. At least you say he was better for your party. Sounds like Ed needs to rest and hopefully the drs will guide you as to what should be done next. I can't imagine what whole brain radiation can do to a person. My prayers are with you, Ed and Diane and just hope some peace comes to you all. take care,

    Hello Linda, Ed, and Dianna
    Thanks for the update. Sorry you guys still continue to have trouble, one thing after the next. Ed needs to get lots of rest. He is mentally and physically worn out. As are you and Dianna! Praying the drs. will get his b/p med straightened out. It is the waiting, and the trial and error that drives us all crazy!! Know that we are praying for all of you. Hugs to you all.
