i am starting to juice so i will call on the juice chick herself( em)or any other juice chicks .
i thought about all of you everyday.

    That's great Bruce!

I've never had to lose more than a few pounds but would suggest you eat a healthy colon diet guided by the Mediterranean Diet and WALK!

    Diet Click here

Walking is great exercise and isn't hard on your body.

    I watched what I ate....
    Well, most of the time...lol!

And walked. I wasn't much for exercising, but I started because my beau had to for his heart...and now, it feels GREAT!!! It's the getting started that's hard...the body says "ok, NOW what are they doing to me?????"

GREAT news that it isn't the beast!!!

Naked happy dance anyway, no one cares how you look, and you deserve a dance!!!

    Hugs, Kathi

    Here is
what I can offer on staying in good health.

I am 45 yrs old and have always been active since I can remember, but did not drink enough water or really eat right.

There are MANY gimmicks, cons, etc out there in reference to staying in shape, loosing weight, etc., but every info commercial, device being sold, etc., ALWAYS relates to eating right and doing cardio and that is what I have learned over the 20+ years of being in the work-out / gym realm

Eating properly and making sure you perform 30 minutes of "fat" burning cardio every other day will do the trick. You don't gimmicks or tricks.

When it comes to eating healthy, make sure to NOT take in ALOT of carbs. Too many carbs helps to weight gain.

I am glad you are doing well :)

Glad you're home and doing well.

I'm finding I eat more like a diabetic now, plus I can't believe how much more walking I do. I'm going to steal my son's Wii and get a fit board for it and some other things I see advertised and go from there. I wish the weather was warmer here. I love being outside, but then you have to deal with sun and stuff... but hey, I'd still rather be outside. :o)

    An idea for you
    Bruce,

That's just wonderful! Something occurred to me. You say you want to get in shape? How about doing the naked happy dance for about 30 minutes a day? That's your cardo workout right there!

    *hugs*

    Glad your on your way!
So glad your home and doing well. Take it slow and you will be amazed at your results. Ya know, the old burn out syndrome. It took you awhile to get there give yourself a little time to get to where you want to be. Make it a great day! Goofyladie (Cass)

Great news on the "No Cancer" results, Bruce...that had to be a big one for you, always is.

Walking would be the first big thing good for exercise...as humans that's our biggest mode of mobility...and it's good for cardio and such...been a big thing for me to try and just breathe since my lung surgery. I'm winded alot more easily now and wondering if it will get better or is this it? And with another surgery possible, I'm trying to get my wind back, so they can let it out of me again.

    Way to GO!

And I don't think you will "never ever give up."
