It's amazing, you will understand the above word by the end of the conversation...

Read aloud for best results. Be warned, you're going to find yourself talking "funny" for a while after reading this.

The following is a telephone exchange between a hotel guest and room-service at a hotel in Asia, which was recorded and published in the FarEast Economic Review...

Room Service (RS): "Morny. Ruin sorbees"

Guest (G): "Sorry, I thought I dialled room-service"

RS: "Rye..Ruin sorbees..morny! Djewish to odor sunteen??"

G: "Uh..yes..I'd like some bacon and eggs"

    I had to
I had to read it several times before I understood what the words meant as well.

Sorry if this confused anyone--I'll do better tomorrow--great one already lined up.

    Thank you very much
After I got into it, it made sense, but you have to listen to the words, not how they're spelled. Going to copy it and have fun with my grown sons this weekend. See if they get it. One might since he spent time in the Phillipines, and that might be just close enough. Can't wait for your next one.
