Just wanted to check in and see how you are making out...Did you move yet???? How are you feeling on the new meds????? Thinking of you often............. JULIE

    Still taking the meds, can't sleep good so my dr gave me a low dose of ativan for sleep but maybe it hasn't kicked in yet. Now I am Going to say WHY ME because for the past two days my a/c is not working good And here in az You need your a/c so i called a company 70 dallors to come out he Saying the wires are getting hot and turning of the fan which turns off the compressor they want 799.00 to fix it, Now i will be moving in about two months so what do i do,I can't take much more he did say the wires can start a fire so i am scared my house will burn down while i am asleep, so i made sure the smoke detetor is working , Our unit is only 8 yrs old so i don't know if they are trying to rip me off or what, so i will call another company pay another house call fee and see what they say.Someone is coming to look at our boat keep your finger crossed that he will like it and buy it. Thanks julie for thinking of me it helps me alot .I am bound and detemined to get threw this . take care huggs

    ...get a 2nd estimate, that sounds really high for that. I had my air conditioner fixed last month, the inside unit in my wall would turn to ice, it just froze up, but it turned out, I judt needed a pound of freeon, and it solved the problem, costed just a hundred, so try calling someone else instead Michelle, you don't want to suffer in the heat also. Hope you finally get a good night's rest as well.

    I did just that, they will be here today at 4.00 , And i hope you are feeling better too.

    ps it is suppose to be 110 this weekend so i hope it is fixed

    And I just thought it was hot down here in TX...but I've heard Arizona can be a hot place to be too. We're under 100 now - about 97 this week.

    Next week we get a cold front and it's going to be 91 to 92 - yea :)

    I hope this new repair man can hook you up for a good price - I hate to see people getting ripped off. You are like we are here in Tejas - gotta' have your A/C - it's not an option in the summer time.

    I am still hoping things go well for you...you have passed all the tests that Life can throw at you - you are one tough cookie :) You really are.

    Sure hope this one works
    And that it wont cost you an arm and a leg to get it fixed. When are we going to get a break in the weather. I cant stand this heat. Hate to see my electric bill this month.

    I've been thinking about you too. So sorry to hear about the ac. I lived in the desert for 8 years and I have to say it's just not safe to have no ac. I hope the 2nd guy was more reasonable. You have been through so much I'm sure at times you wonder if you can take care. Know that many here are thinking of you and praying for you.

    Glad to hear from you.....What about getting a window ac just to compensate until you move so you don't have to pay all of that money..
    The sleeping meds do time some time to get into your body..I use ambein..Good luck with that...
    Stay strong and take things one day at a time..You CAN do this I have faith in you...Take care and know that I am here for you.. Even though we have never met I am glad we are posting friends......JULIE

    349.00 To fix the a/c and he really did much more but didn't charge me so i was very thankful for that. Thanks For all your warm wishes,I have our boat on craigs list there was someone that was going to come and look at the boat yesterday but never showed up , i was praying that he would like it and buy it but no. Well least i know people are looking at it so keep your fingers crossed that i will be able to sell it soon . Thanks julie and everyone. Who knows Julie we may meet someday and i think all of you are my friends. take care

    Now that sounds alot better then that 800 bucks the other guy wanted. I will pray someone go look at your boat and buy it, that's always one thing I always wanted, a nice boat so me and the kids can go on the water. Too they're so expensive, I'd buy one!

    but i got a deal because of my boss the first company was right on with all that was wrong with it and the second company gave me a hell of a deal because my boss did alot of business with them so it all worked out for me thanks to my boss again. i just love him.

    Don't want to break your bubble....but Texas is very very hot...it's a different heat too...we've got alot of humidity at times that makes the heat different than a dry heat.

    And in San Antonio where you're gonna' be, is very Hot too.

    You are jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire :)

    But we love ya', so come on down and give me a shout - some good margarita bars down near the RiverWalk.

    I can handle the Humidity, I am orignally from Biloxi, MS. Plus I have lived on island in the Pacific for many years. I cant take the dry heat, its just to much for me. I am excited about going though, we are looking at a place just south of San Antonio, I will actually be working in Pearsall, TX. That is were our detention facility is.

    It just has to be better then here, dont burst my bubble.....Please......LOL
