Cat stll in ICU Day3

Hi everyone
Day three doctor said she can have soft foods jello, broth, juices, tea
Probley get to go home Wednesday or Thursday everything looks good healing fine
took some phots each day .Nurse came in today and said no cell phone or cameras allowed in icu waited till she left took photos anyway (my bad)dont like to be told what to do Cat is only one who gets away with doing that LOL

    Thanks for the good news....
    Keep us in the know, whenever you can. I think the rule is you cannot us your cell phone for making calls or cameras for taking pix. I think your cell phone pix falls somewhere in the middle--a loophole, if you will pardon the expression. Therefore, it's not an infraction, not even a slight one. LOL

    I can see that you two are a well matched pair. Thanks for the updates and it is good to see her up and eating. Tell her that she is missed but you are a pretty darn fine pinch hitter.

    I'm glad she fnally got something to eat..but where's the ice-cream? lol! I bet you are both glad she gets to go home soon. You two sound like a perfect Bonnie and Clyde haha. I'm happy she is healing well.

    Sooo good to know Cat's doing well, and making progress - food!

    Yeah, as others have already mentioned - you two make a great pair! We felt like we already "knew" you from Cat's own posts. Now, it's even more understandable that you've accomplished 33 years of marriage. :-)

    Thanks for the pic. Nurses be damned. Exception: their directions for recuperation and healing. Don't mess with 'em on that subject.

    that was exactly what I was thinking when I read Robert's post-they sound like two peas in a pod! Both spirited people!
    Thanks Robert for keeping us posted and the picture-it's like Cat's in front of us as we are thinking of you both-that's awesome! Bet you both can't wait until she is able to come home!!

    Also, tell Cat I am glad she remembered to wear her "bright Pink" Lymphedema band!! Other than the bright red jello.....it stands out the most (ha, ha). Now I will feel protected when I wear mine into surgery...can't miss it! Also, tell her as soon as she is allowed the ice-cream, they owe her big time for making her wait! She deserves 10 of them at least! ♥ Pammy

    Hi, Robert, thank you for keeping us up to date with our special Cat. I know she dreaded this surgery; you both must be so happy that the worst is over and she is healing so well. We are all relieved and happy for the good news.

    Thank you for posting on her behalf. We knew from Cat's postings that you and she are devoted to each other--a life sentence for both of you, I believe--and it's a pleasure to "meet" you.

    Cat, hope that hospital has better tasting food than the one I was at. They gave me cardboard scrambled eggs. Well, it tasted like it. We're waiting for ya. Hugs.

    Good to her she's doing well
    Thank's for the update Robert, it's really nice of you to keep us updated, hope she'll be home. As you can tell she's in everyone's thought's and prayers mine includes!
