For those of you that have Lymphedema and want more information on it, there is a good website with lots of information. They will also send you a free Lymphedema bracelet and informational pamphlets in the mail.

The website is lymphedema.com. I think RE posted this before, and, I thought it might need a new posting for some of the newbies.

    I ordered the bracelet and I also got information from them. The bracelet is kind of ummmmm bright. But, it is a good site, full of good info.

    I am scheduled to have surgery on Oct 6th, so I went to their site & ordered the braclet. I'm glad it is bright as I will be using it when I am knocked out!!! Thanks

    There is another site too, but, they are not free, they cost some. I will look for it and post it later.

    I did order the bracelet, it came in on Saturday. and to say it is bright is an understatement! That is a good thing as my surgery Thursday, and you bet it will be on my wrist!

    Mine just came today too!
    Definately bright, but it's a comfort to have, I think I will order something more discrete that I can wear all the time, but for now it's great!

    How long did it take?
    I was just curious....how long did it take for you guys to get your bracelets? I just checked my note pad and had written down that I ordered one the last time someone posted about that site (which was weeks ago!) but never recieved it. I ordered another one today. I was thinking I should have had it by now (the first one).

    Ok, I should have said they are NEON bright, but, I thought you might like the surprise! I won't be wearing mine to the club either. lol

    Anyway, there is another site, laurenshope.com that has very nice bracelets if you prefer them, or, just want a nicer one. And, you can get them on QVC and possibly Amazon.com.

    I'm thinking the brighter, the better!!
    When I am lying on that operating table, I definitely want my wrist to be glowing!! I won't be awake to remind them!! Better it draws their attention!! ♥ Pammy

    it only to about a week, and I do not think it's too bright! just VERY bright! and yes, it will work great for my surgery, when I have my Pina Colada, I won't know which arm they are using, and I was going to have hubby write on it with a Sharpie, but this works!

    LOL, it is very bright. It is neon pink. But, it will make everyone aware of your condition. They won't miss it. LOL But, it is nice that the site sends them to us for free. So, I should quit making fun of the color or maybe not. LOL

    I am glad..
    that so many of you ordered them. They aren't what I would wear out to the club, like I said, but, they will get the job done. And, like someone said, it is nice of the site to offer them to bc survivors for free. So, put your shades on cuz they are BRIGHT
