Done with rads

I am done, WOOOHOOO! I never thought it would go by so fast but it did! I felt so excited and did not expect that at all. One more big step behind me! I haven't slept in my bed in a month and finally will tomorrow. I have been at my parent's house with my kids while doing rads to be closer to the hospital. The doc and nurse and techs were so nice and wonderful I had the best experience I think I could have during a part of my treatment I so dreaded. Thanks all for answering my questions about it before I started.

    That is a big milestone completed Kim! congratulations! I'm sure it will be great to be home again too!

I know it will feel amazing to be back home and to be able to crawl into your own bed at the end of the day!!

    Awesome - a huge accomplishment! Good for you, and glad the experience was pleasant. There's no place like home. (My favorite line from my favorite movie!) Remember to continue to take good care of yourself.
