Well, I go to James tomorrow, having scope and meeting new doctor, about liver lesion and underarm lump. Doing my prep and starting to get the jitters, might take a Zanex! My ride is picking me up at 7 a.m. Don't know if I'll sleep or not. Hoping for best, been reading posts and chiming in once in awhile. Wish me luck.
Pam

Ahoy, Pam. Wishing you good results tomorrow. Remember, if you feel the jitters too much, rum, tequilla, and vodka are all clear liquids!

Bottoms up (take that however you deem most appropriate)

    thinking about you
    Pam,

I'll be thinking about you and praying for you too.
Let us know how it goes.
I hear ya on the jitters- I definitely have the pre-scan jitters- my scan is Tuesday a.m.
We're in this together and God is good- He will get you through (I keep telling that to myself, too!)

    Take care,
    Lisa

    Not much to tell
I met with Dr. Bloomston at James. Decided to wait and have full colonoscopy instead of just sig. they were going to do Mon. As for the the liver lesion, going to rescan in 3 months to check for growth, same for lump underarm, both awfully small to attempt biopsy. I guess it is a waiting game now, still hoping liver spot may just be cluster of blood vessels, I am going to try not to dwell on it and hope next scans show no growth. Everyone I delt with at James seemed competent and they were all nice, Dr. Bloomston knows his stuff, I researched him online, he is heavily into research and newest treatments and has done some surgeries and saved people that others said had no chance. He does not want to subject me to needless surgery or biopsy at this time, but wants to closly monitor. I think that is ok with me at this time. Pam

    Sounds good...
I go to Dr. Kosuri, was a referral from another doctor and if I ever needed to go for a second opinion on anything, I'd go to your doctor as well, I think Kosuri seems likes she knows exactly what she's doing as well, and told me she had alot of good responses to the regimen I'm on.

    Thats Great News
    Thats Great News Pam!!!
Always a plus to like your doctor. For me a big part of the battle is having one that still has a "bed-side" manner.
