Well, hubby had mri tuesday at different hospital than the 11/27 ct and we have appointment back at surgeons on this tuesday. Still waiting to find out if the situation did indeed get worse or not. Nobody should have to go through this ..ever. I did get the ct report which did indicate that one "supposed met" increased significantly, two others are in same spot near exact same size which seems almost incredible to me 6 weeks after liver resection, so I plan on demanding some answers and an explanation on tuesday. No matter what the outcome, we are not giving up. Please keep a good thought and send a prayer. God Bless,
Diane

I'll be hoping for the best for you. I still don't see how that is even possible. I wonder if there is a chance that they were looking at an old CT. Hmmm. Well, easier said than done, but try not to worry until you know what you are dealing with.
Sounds like you are ready to get to the bottom of all this on Tuesday, let us know how it turns out.
    Best wishes,
    Susan

    Hi,
I will be thinking about both of you. You are right no one should have to deal with this. I sure hope you get some answers on Tuesday, Audrey.

    Diane,
I agree, nobody should ever have to go through something like that. Something just doesn't sound right. You have the right attitude...Go in there and demand answers. With my mom, I was a bulldog. So much so that her onc suggested I should take zanex(sp). You have the right frame of mind...."we are not giving up!!" Hopefully this was just some mistake. I'll be sending good thoughts and prayers your way.
    God bless-

    Diane,
I've been thinking of you both and waiting to see what you find out on Tuesday. You are right, no one should have to go through this. I hope this has been a terrible mistake, but if not, I know you will not give up! Stay strong and go after the answers that you need to hear! I am thinking only positive thoughts for you both and sending prayers your way.

    Diane,

I hope everything turns out good. It doesn't seem possible that a tumor could grow that fast after a liver resection. Did the surgeon take the wrong lobe? You wonder, don't you? Best of luck.

    Diane,

I am so sorry that you have to go through this. It is not an easy thing to have to deal with, but I admire your attitude. No matter what happens, don't give up. I will definitely be praying for you both. Just remember, even though you are going through this now, God will not abandon you.

    God bless,
