Cheryl (crg123) was VERY close and SpongeBob unfortunately did not have the right answer, so I have to assume he was stumped or maybe just being nice :)

Answer: commas and the word "and".

    "Between" is used only for two things; three or more and it's "among". The commas were between the numbers, because each comma was between two numbers, but the "and" was among the numbers, not between. IMHO, Cheryl was right.
