Visable Tumors Multiplying Daily

I was wondering if anyone else had such aggressive cancer and lived to tell about it? I have had all kinds of surgeries, chemos, and radiation, but I still have little tumors popping up on my chest and side daily. I am waiting for my blood count to go up and then they are going to try two newer chemo drugs on me. But it is so hard psychologically to see and feel these tumors growing daily. Yesterday I called work and said I had to go back on disability because it was too hard to work, both physically and emotionally. If anyone has had a similar experience, please let me know!

My tumor grew from 3mm to 7cm in 6 wks. It was protruding from my chest. That was a year ago. That is the closest I have gotten to what you are going through. Please be strong, god bless you. Where do you get treatment?

I, personally, had 'run-of-the-mill' breast cancer. BUT I talked to a stage IV IBC survivor at a relay....she says she is about to start her 8th round of chemo....lesions on her neck this time......she was still VERY much alive and kickin!

    Hugs, Kathi

I am going to someone associated with St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond Virginia. People tell me to get a second opinion but based on my research, my oncologist is doing all the right things. My body just hasn't responded. Thanks for your response.

BTW, did they surgically remove the tumor or treat with chemotherapy?
