Hi Everyone,
I'm in the market for a good juicer. Any suggestions?

I have a Champion and love it. It is exact in it's processing and so easy to clean.

I got it at discountjuicers.com but saw it a few weeks later for a few dollars less at my local health food store.

haha, you beat me to the punch, Lisa =)

Omega and Champion are reported to be two of the best juicers. I didn't know this before purchasing mine. I got the best one that Bed Bath & Beyond carried. One thing for certain, look for one that is masticating and not centrifuge.

Also, Dr. Quillin recommends the Vita-Mix blender. I've heard mixed results from this because I've heard it is very hard to drink/eat the results.

as Lisa said, check out Nutritional / Health Food stores and discountjuicers.com or cheapjuicers.com

    Hi

I have an Omega Juicer. I like it and have read a lot of good reviews for it. I have to admit though I haven't been juicing at all lately...need to get back into it.

    Here's a link

    http://www.mercola.com/article/juicer.htm#

Shop around for reviews and prices.

    hi carmen,

I started juicing 12 years ago with a JuiceMan Juicer (NOT the kind you buy in the department stores). It was a pain to clean so it was really easy to get sick of the work and quit.

Then after cancer struck I bought a Champion. I LOVE the Champ. It is so easy and gives more output per produce. It is a cinch to clean.

But I understand that the NORWALK is the best on the market (it is pricey) according to Gerson Institute (they are the Grand Poobahs of Juicing).

I highly recommend that you get the book The Gerson Therapy for a very good overview of juicing for cancer cures. I got mine at Barnes and Noble.

Do NOT please do not be cheap when it comes to purchasing your juicer. It is a worthy tool and in the long run it is better to buy the best you can afford. (thankfully my mother bought a new juicer for me).

I second the advice to go to Mercola's website.

    hope this helps.

peace, emily who loves loves loves her daily juicing! :-)
