support group

I am 47 and live in Granite Bay, CA. I had surgery in Dec. and found out my it was ovarian cancer.I started chemo. I've been trying (on line)with no success ,to locate a support group in this area (Granite Bay, Roseville)Any suggestions? My 2nd chemo is next week and I'd like to be connected with a group before I need support.

    Hi. Check with The American Cancer Society (ACS).
    They should have information on any groups in your area. You can also ask your doctors. You did not mention family, but if you can lean on them they are great support.
