I want to do something for a friend in end stage cancer

I have a friend who was just given the news that her cancer is terminal and she has 2-8 months to live. She is to weak to leave the house and having visitors tires her out, but I would like to do something meaningful for her and her husband. Meals have already been arranged for the near future and I am out of ideas. Could I please get some suggestions.
