Skin cancer from the breast

I just wanted to know if anyone out there has developed skin cancer at the breast area (after a masectomy) which came from the breast cancer. One of my good friends from my support group has just developed this, and she says it is not melanoma, just skin cancer from the breast. She is receiving chemo now from it being in the lymph nodes in the neck. Can anyone tell me about this from their experience?

    There is another name for this type of cancer but I can't remember at the moment. It is a recurrance and can be serious. I have seen pictures on some site I found when looking for inflammatory breast cancer (I don't remember if that is what the 'skin cancer' was called). Hopefully the chemo will clear it right up.     i don't know if this will help you or not but i had skinn cancer during breast cancer well i had to go to skinn doctor and they said be ok because fu5 or 5 fu that chemical there i can't remnember which way it was i belive fu5 that the chemical they use to kill skin cancer so i was already undergooing chemo back thanm and i didnt have problemn ,you know what i had a spider web red blotch by my nose and had awhile when i had chemo it dissapear never came back will be praying
