So sorry to hear of the progression, Dgrdalton, I can only tell you what I am doing to stay safe, as I sit in the infusion center right now, getting rituximab for the lymphoma. The only risk factor I have, is the trips to the infusion center. I wear all washable clothing. I wear a mask. I touch as little as possible, and wash my hands constantly. Upon return to the car after done (having washed my hands as I leave the building), my husband opens car door, I try not to touch anything. I toss my N-95 mask into the back seat - it's safe to touch again after 2 days. I get home and strip by the washing machine, everything goes straight into the wash, with bleach, and me straight into the shower. Anything I brought to the visit, like my cell phone and computer, got left in the car. If I can leave it there for 2-3 days, great. If I need it, I go back down with disposable gloves and rubbing alcohol and paper towels, and clean everything off with rubbing alcohol, toss gloves, rewash hands.
It's not fair. Those who have recurrence know time is limited, but cannot travel, because of the risk of Covid-19. And yet, I seem to be taking great pleasure in being home with my loved ones, cooking for them every day, walking the dog and seeing the early signs of spring.
Isn't washing your clothes in bleach going to destroy them? Lysol Laundry Sanitzer kills coronavirus.

Walmart, Target, Amazon, Walgreens, BJs, Home Depot, and Lowe's are some of the places that carry it. Check online for availability before heading to a store.

So sorry to hear of this news, Donnadgrdalton said:News today not so good
My CA-125 went from 11.2 to 25.4; not very high but rising. The PET scan this morning showed that my cancer has spread into the left pelvic iliac chain. My oncologist will start me on Keytruda/Lenvima in the next week or so. The scary part will be traveling from rural SE Missouri into St. Louis for the Keytrude infusions. I'm so grateful for this group! Prayers for us, our country and our world. These are difficult times.
All of us survivors are facing such obstacles to getting treatment with the virus, much less being immonocompromised to boot. I hope that the K/L treatment is the magic bullet for you as it has helped so many others. We all have our coping strategies and they will be tested in the coming weeks or months. We are rooting for you! Keep us informed as you feel up to it.

Your resilience in fighting a second cancer along with the virus is remarkable. Plus all of your ideas to sanitize are important to us all, no matter where we go. I feel the same way, we finally sold our house in Denver (so grateful to get it in under the wire just before the big quarantine) get moved to KS, only to find our house is not ready so we continued onward to our summer home, which is our happy place. We were looking forward to our "year of fun", wanting to catch up on all we have missed in the almost two years since my dx. Instead we are self quarantined, as we have been as much as possible during a move, since late February, eating very interesting meals (is the ice incrusted chicken breast still edible, hamburger buns for breakfast) as we are trying to use up all of our staples before venturing out to the store. We have eaten everything fresh and we are hankeroing for a salad or a green bean. It is very peacufl in our low density resort community. Stay safe and let us know how you are faring.

Thank you for the great ideas to prevent being infected. I got my anti-nausea meds, but no instructions yet on treatment. I know they have to clear it with my insurance, Medicare. Not sure how that will go. They also may have me get infusions at the south county siteman cancer center so we don't have to drive into the main city of St. Louis.
We live in the country, so I enjoy walks and have recently become interested in identifying the birds that come to our feeders and land. We just have to make the best of what we are given.
