    Thank you Eldri.

It's a strange situation we find ourselves in, where little is known and treatment options come at such a price. I hope you are feeling better. I like your photo! Your hair is so cute.

    My Data
    1. Primary tumor location: Uterus
    2. Month/year of cancer diagnosis: 4/16
    3. Stage determined when cancer first discovered: Grade 3 from endometrial biopsy; initial physical exam by oncologist had me as a Stage I or II cervical cancer, but that got changed during my surgery.
    4. Stage: Initial pathology during surgery defined me as having endometrial adenocarcinoma rather than cervical with 30% myometrial involvement, but that got increased to 70% when origin was later determined to be at the narrower part of the uterus between the cervix and the fundus. It was ultimately decided that I am Stage 3a.
    5. Grade/Type of tumor: Grade 3
    6. Quantity of Lymph Nodes Removed:15 total: 7 from left pelvis(one positive); 6 from right pelvis (one positive); two para-aortic (both negative); pelvic wash suspicious and so repeated 09/27 after done with chemo (still waiting for results). 1st post-chemo PET/CT negative.
    7. Treatment: 1 cycle Carbo/Taxol; 5 cycles Carbo/Taxotere; EBRT pending 2nd pelvic wash results & my nerve to have it.

    1. Primary tumor location: Uterus, 33% myometrial invasion
    2. Month/year of cancer diagnosis: August 2016
    3. Stage determined when cancer first discovered: No Stage Determined.
    4. Stage determined at time of or after initial debulking surgery: Doctor thought it was endometrial cancer at Stage 1A, Grade 1-2 contained.
    5. Grade/Type of tumor: Turned out to be UPSC Stage 3C1 (one lymph node involved and positive peritoneal washings), Grade 3.
    6. Quantity of Lymph Nodes Removed: 19 pelvic lymph nodes. Now doctor wants her to go back to remove the para-aortic lymph nodes and omentum to complete staging before going on to chemo treatment, so it will be more.
