The Power of Now was no. 1 on the N Y times best seller list for many months and was featured on Oprah.

     The Power of Now seems to be a scam website for a meditation program.  However, I did listen to the demo tape, and I am familiar with this kind of meditation.  I found it to be very effective, like Dynamic Meditation.  I apologize for posting this withoout more investigation; however, listen to the demo meditation.
