The Cancer Survivors Network (CSN) is a peer support community for cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, families, and friends! CSN is a safe place to connect with others who share your interests and experiences.
Farewell to you all....
Vasco, Old Salt, and all of the other wonderful guys whom I have met here over the years, goodbye, now that CNS is soon to shutter its doors.
I left a longer departure message at the Lymphoma Board, if you wish to get an update on my current health, which is pretty OK at the moment.
Vasco, if this Board ever had a Legend, it is you. An inspiration to so many.

Max,
I totally agree with and support your final message and thoughts regarding this Discussion Board. This Discussion Board has been an integral part of my PCa journey, and has helped me in many ways throughout my years of membership.
And yes, our PCa soul brother, Vasco, IS a LEGEND, as a remarkable person, as a major PCa journey contributor, as a mentor and stabilizing force, as a fruit tree gardener, and a lover of red wine. He truly is the focal point, axis, and heart of this PCa Discussion Board.
I will miss all of the folks here, and I wish you all the best of possible outcomes on your own PCa journeys.
Goodbye all.

I couldn't agree more. Vasco and several other members were especially amazing at contributing their knowledge and experience. My 2-1/2 years on here have helped me navigate my journey thus far. I'll miss this resource and comradery. Many of the members have been both informative and therapeutic for me. Both long term members and newcomers alike taking time in offering advice and opinions were very helpful. I'm hoping I may have aided some others with my responses as well. A big THANK YOU! to all of you. I haven't used it much yet, but I've joined the Mayo Clinic PCa site and hoping to see some of you over there.
May the force be with you! 😀
