My X-Ray came back fine. My thyroid is fine. I'm very high on B-12 vitamin (always had too much energy), I am asking the doc about this on my next appt. It appears I should be in the mid 100s and I'm in the mid 900s. I did get that B-12 injection while on vacation. I thought excess B-12 went in your urine, because it water soluble. I will find out. My D vitamin blood draw is not back yet. My cough is gone, not sure if it was finding Sasha a new home (she is at a great home on 60 acres. Sasha was my beautiful pure bred German Sheppard), or the antibiotics, that helped!

Things are good. Blessings!

    Wonderful news
So very glad the results are good and the cough is gone.

Sorry you had to find Sasha a new home, but it sounds like she will have lots to explore.

Be interesting to hear about the B-12 issues...not only the side effects (if any) from it being so high, but also why it is being stored.

    Hugs,

    Marie

    B-12 info
    Vitamin B12

    Definition

Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin. Water-soluble vitamins dissolve in water. After the body uses these vitamins, leftover amounts leave the body through the urine.

Typically, water-soluble vitamins can not be stored by the body. Vitamin B12 is special, because the body can store it for years in the liver.

vitamin is extremely rare. Although, people who follow a strict vegetarian diet and do not consume eggs or dairy products may require vitamin B12 supplements.

    *************another site

The human body stores several years' worth of vitamin B12, so nutritional deficiency of this vitamin is extremely rare. Although, people who follow a strict vegetarian diet and do not consume eggs or dairy products may require vitamin B12 supplements.

    hi Nana B
I am so happy you had such good results for your lung + thyroid. The B vitamins are water-soluble, along with C - the only fat soluble ones are A,D,E + K. I have a degree in Nutrition. How much were you taking per day? I am wondering if you are taking too much for the body to take care of, or maybe your body disposes of it differently than most.

    I do have energy!
I was only taking a dropper but on vacation I had an IV of vitamin C, b12 and D. Then before I came home I had an injection of B 12. So I had a
Lot in a one week period. I feel good though!
