lymphoma in oral tongue

Hi, my first time here. I found a lump in my tongue in Dec. 2009, had it removed. Came back as large B cell. Went through six rounds of chemo, no radiation. It has been 4 months since my last chemo and now I have found a new lump in my tongue. Went to my ENT two weeks ago and he wasn't to concern because it was quite small. Now it has almost double in size. Has anyone else had a lymphoma in their tongue? How where you treated and how are you doing?

    Welcome
Glad to meet you. Sorry I cannot relate to the tongue, but I'm happy you found us. There are great people here and the support is wonderful.

Have you called your onc? If the ENT isn't worried about it I would think would be a good thing, but calling your onc or even the ENT back and let them know it's growing is definitely in order. If you're worried about it, it's ok to speak up to them both and get it checked.

Hope to hear from you soon!
    Take care,

    Get checked
    Hi,
Welcome to the group. My advice is to get an oncologist to give you another opinion. If you had lymphoma in your tongue less then a year ago, I would get an immediate second opinion. It may be nothing to worry about, but should be checked by a cancer doctor.
