My Siobhan is devasated~ she goes to culinary school and works as a chef at the college gourmet restaurant 2 nights a week as part of her curriculum. Of course the two nights she goes to school and works are THURSDAYS and Fridays! Most days she is out of school by 3 PM~ but on those 2 nights of the week, she works from 3PM until 9PM. She loves Brett Farve, so she is trying not to think about what she will be missing...I understand from those in the know that the Saints are favored, that they have virtually the same team as they did last year~ and the Vikings don't. Siobhan sighs....

I am clueless but I hope you are right because it is so much fun to watch when they're winning. The Vikings did pretty darn well last year so you never know. And you gotta feel for Brett Favre; I think everyone loves him too! But Go Saints!0 -

Hamburgers, BBQ chicken (marinaded by me, cooked by Hubby and his friends)
Corn on cob
Large green salad, with kidney beans, zuch, cucumbers etc .. homemade salad dressing (s).
Pasta salad .. made day before
Strawberry shortcake for dessert and fresh fruit tray .. with homemade whipped cream
I'll prepare, everything and sit back and watch it all come together, while ENJOYING the pre-game, game and post game shows!!

Siobhan ?? I sure hope so .. My daughter goes to school, but has Thursday night off -- she wishes she was in school. Poor thing has 3 day classes, and 2 night class - her first semister of College ... a little getting adjusted to her schedule. We are so proud of her, I think we'll give her some money and she can hit a movie with 1 of her friends ... just to get away from all the yelling and cheering ..

I had my zometa infusion yesterday and then watched Monday night football. Between the infusion and that game, I am totally wiped today...lol! OMG, that was a good game! Hard fought to the end. Whew! I hope Reggie Bush is ok.
Now I have to get myself back together to go and play grandmother at my little neighbor's grandparents' lunch at his school as his g'parents are out of town. He is so darling! I will get to sit on tiny seats and eat nuggets...wheeeeee.0 -

the entire game -- CC and her Saint's! Great game, tight match up which was great as the first 10 minutes I thought it might be a blow out as the 49er's lost possession, ball thrown over the quarterbacks head, etc. Turned out to be most entertaining. Poor Reggie ... trophy gone, maybe out for a few weeks ..
I know nothing about zometa - so I wish you much luck, strength and energy. Pleas be careful with all the little kiddies - and all the many germs they carry. You are truly a wonderful and caring friend.

I love, love, love my Green Bay Packers. By the way that's the Super Bowl Champion Green Bay Packers. Brett Favre who? Go Aaron Rodgers....
All kidding aside once Brett stays retired, I will love him again. It was hard seeing him in the purple and gold and not wish that somebody would knock the snot out of him. He definitely is one of the best quarterbacks to have ever played the game though. Well that is until Aaron Rodgers starts erasing a few of his Packer records.

1) Google ACS Relay for Life events in Louisiana and contact one to see if they are selling them. Slidell, Baton Rouge and Hammond had them for sale last year.
2) There is one available at http://www.zazzle.com/fight_dat_tshirt-235962605745461014
