I was talking to a friend of mine and she has breast cancer and she told me that she have to take a pill for 5 years once she is finished treatments also she said that everyone she knows that has cancer has taken this pill. What I am getting at is my doctor have not told me about this pill. I wish I knew the name of it. Has anyone out there been given this pill after treatment

    Women who've had breast cancer will take an oral form of taxol for 5 years. It's not an option for gyn. cancers.
