Well the first test to see EXACTLY where my liver met is, is tomorrow AM. I am so hopeful that they will find that they can get to the met and remove it. Of course the coolest thing would be if they did the MRI and the met was gone!!! A gal can hope, right?
Blessings to all,
Joanne

    Your MRI results
I am hoping and praying that the miracle occured and your liver is clear. Please let us know the results so we can continue to pray for your needs. I am an anal cancer survivor myself treated at Sloan Kettering in Aug-Sept of 08 with the standard radio and chemo. I'm still clear thank God.

    Sending strong vibes
That the results are able to pinpoint EXACTLY where it is!!! (Or, better yet, where it ISN'T....LOL!)

Thanks for asking. I had appointments all day today, including another CT. I see the surgeon in the morning and he will say whether or not the resection is a go. So I really don't have any definitive information to report. They did give me a copy of the MRI report but I understood little of it. However, one interesting fact was that it said "gallbladder present without stones or biliary dilatation visible". WHHAATTT? I had my gallbladder removed in 1989. So I WILL be asking for some clarification of that tomorrow when I see the surgeon. I will post tomorrow evening and let you know what the plan is for Friday. Take care.
    Blessings,

    MRI
    Joanne,

Thank you for updating us, as I was concerned too. That is really odd that the MRI indicates a gallbladder present, when you had it removed in 89. I am curious to hear what they have to say about that. I hope everything goes well with the surgeon tomorrow. I wish you well.
