    Can we dream a bit!
I would like an embroidery machine, a long arm quilting machine, new new balance shoes, and 2 weeks in Hawaii. I would be happy with anything, I need a new toaster.

It snowed yesterday here in Texas, that does not happen very often, it was great, now I am ready to get ready for Christmas. Oh happy day!

    What I really want for
What I really want for Christmas is a lap top computer so I can take it with me when I get chemo, because its an all day affair. But thats just wishing, this year christmas will be very slim at our house. I can always hope that things get better before then. Deb

    All I want for Christmas
I would love to get, a trip back to Hawaii, I went there 1 1/2 years ago on my son's Make a wish trip and loved it!!!!!!
I am going to Jamaica in August for my other son's wedding, so I guess I should not be greedy. Who knows, I might like Jamaica just as much.
Oh, and did I mention world peace?? ( good lord, I am quoting "Miss Congeniality") Must be the chemo brain.

I'll try to keep this short.

    1) Some toys for my kids. (Things are going to be a bit slim this year)

    2) A 1 week get away trip to anywhere warm. To sit at a beach, on a chair, under a palm tree, with a cold beer.

    3) A nice TV for our master bedroon. The older I get the smaller that 13 inch screen gets!!

Santa Was Just Here, Buzzard :)
    Well, Buzzard

He just left my house with a handful of packages that will be coming to YOU and many other people on this board in the U.S. and Canada too!

What would I want for Christmas?

    1. I'd like to see the smiles on your faces and the feelings in your heart when you get my
Christmas package and see what I've made and put inside the card for each one of you!

    2. I want HEALTH for each one of my semi;colons - or at least Peace & Calm during the
    holiday season.

    3. Personally, I would like another Golden Retriever to ease my wife's pain in her heart and
so I could have my family back. Enough time has gone by that I think Sundance would
    understand and say it's OK.

My needs are small - I don't need much, I've got my needs met and I've been blessed - I have new people in my life that have showed me the "true beauty" of the human spirit and I am so grateful for all of you that have come into my life - and Buzzard, you are one of those too, so don't think you aren't. I watch you from the sidelines and constantly strive to have the sort of wisdom that you impart to our wonderful community.

Happiest Holidays Ever to Each One of YOU!

    well, gee.
I feel like a kid doing this, but of course there was no internet to post on when I was a kid.

It looks like we've got world peace and ending the wars covered, so I don't need to ask for that.

I'd really like someone to pay off my mortgage, but seeing as that's not very likely, a laptop would be really handy. I'm using John's here at the hospital, but he's a PC guy and I'm a Mac guy...

Aside from that, I wish I had more money to spend on my little 2-year-old niece for her birthday in a few weeks and for Christmas. She's amazing and I love her to death.

I know Buzzard already said something about NED, but I'd just like to add to it and say that I want John and everyone else on this board to become those people who experience "spontaneous remission" just, zip! no more cancer! It does happen. My parents have a friend who had terminal brain cancer - his doctors said it couldn't possibly have been worse, and suggested he had between 3 - 6 months to live and there was no way to treat it. Then, for no medically explainable reason, it just disappeared one day. Now it's more than 10 years later, and he's fine. go figure. I want that for everyone on here.

And if Donna brings breakfast in bed to Buzzard, I'd happily bring Donna breakfast in bed to keep it going, only I don't think I'd be as much of a threat to her spouse ;-)

    Fun thread - Thanks!

    A clunker
Hubby and I only have one car (pd in full, 2003 VUE I got for Christmas in 2002) and he drives about 30 minutes to work each morning, crack of dawn. Having only one car means I am stuck at home most of the time. He coaches sports so many days he doesn't get home until 8:00 at night. If I need the car for dental appt, etc., I have to be up before 6:00, drive him an hour round trip and then pick him up. We don't do that often.....

I want a used car that would get me to Wal-Mart, the library, city park, etc. We're taking 4 or so miles, tops..... Not in Santa's budget, I'm afraid.

    I can dream!
I would really like to have a big Party for all the semicolons. Limousines would pull up at your door and each family would be driven to the airport. While I am dreaming, hotel accommodations and dinner for everyone so that we can all meet, laugh, and hug!

    All I want
All i want is for my marriage to work out. Ever since I found out that i have stage 4 colon cancer my marriage has been down hill. It was before that also. But it seems to be getting worse. All he does is go to the bar. Until wee hours of the morning. And it is an every night thing. And it has been going on now for 4 yrs. And all i want is someone to hold me and be there for me. i didn't think that was so hard too ask.

    cherry wine
I'm trying to engineer some cherry wine from Michigan from my in-laws, who live there. It's not a fortune involved -- around $8/bottle -- but the small wineries in Michigan can't deal with Hawaii's restrictions on importation of wine, so I can't order any, myself. Why do I want cherry wine? I don't really know. I've never had any. It sounds good.
