Farewell My Dear Friend

My friend Dawn just recently died days ago of Liver Cancer. She left an eight year old daughter Gabriella and a husband. She tried to fight the cancer but it took her life away.
We supported each other and understood each other. I have been diagnosed with breast cancer 2004 and thyroid cancer in 2005. I had lumpectomy and thyroidectomy. Just recently I was tested positive for BRACA1 and BRACA2 gene mutation blood test. Well my friend Dawn when she was still alive, had asked to let her know the result but..she is gone. We made plans to do our nails together but we never got to it. I have a big decision to make and I am sure Dawn would have supported me of whatever decisions I would make.

Dawn I will always remember you and I missed your warm hugs.

    My heart goes out to you. I was recently diagnosed terminal and my friend died of lung cancer last week. I will pray for you and your friend. Remember, as long as they are in our hearts, they are Alive!
