5 yrs almost up on Tamoxifen & not sure what to do next.

November will be the end of my 5 yrs. that I'm supposed to be on tamoxifen for breast cancer. I moved back to Georgia in the past 8 months & dont have any insurance to find me an onocologist to see about what pills they might want to put me on next. In 2004 I had a full right side mastectomy & 11 lympnodes removed, and went through 7 rounds of chemo. I started on tamoxifen in Nov. of 2004. I'm not sure if I'm wanting to go on anymore pills when i'm finished with these. I could use any input I can get at this point. Good and bad.
I've asked my girlfriend which doesnt want to say one way or another because she feels this is my decision to make. I Dont Know What To Do!

    Hi Denise
    I dont really know what options there are for more medication, however I would call the ACS they may be able to give some names of places in you area that can assist you medicaly since you dont have any insurance
