What information have any of you had with how often CT or PET scans should be done once you complete treatment. Every six months? yearly? I suppose we have varying opinions on that too!

    My experience
I am sure that the follow-up plan will be quite varied. I had Stage 111A, Grade 11/111 Endometroid Adenocarcinoma. My gyn/onc's follow up plan: CT of Abd, pelvis and chest (which was one month after radiation and just prior to start of chemo.) CT of ABD/pelvis 3 months after chemo. No more routine CT scans unless there are symptoms/concerns identified. Pelvic and pap smear every 3 months for 3 years and every 6 months for 2 more years. An annual check x-ray and of course annual mammogram. No PET scans.

I'm having a CT scan every 6 months for 2 years. Not sure the plan after that, perhaps yearly.
