    Third Update
    Mom did not have a good day or night. She was dealing with constant nausea and dry heaving until yesterday evening. They finally got this under control, but then her heart rate went up. After several tests, they determined she was bleeding into her abdomen. They took her into surgery around midnight to correct this and give her more blood. She was sent back into ICU after surgery on a ventilator. She has been extubated this morning and all her vitals are stable. The nurses said she is doing better, and is drowsy, but aware between sleeping. They expect her to be in ICU for a couple days. Please pray that she'll continue to get better and have no more set backs.

    So sorry that your mom has experienced a few set backs. The chemo wash is more than likely the cause of the nausea.

    Our thoughts and prayers are with her, you both, and your families. Wishing her a speedy recovery!

    She'll be fine, shes a tough cookie and this isn't her first rodeo...Tell her we're still waiting on her return and thank you for keeping us updated......give her a big hug.....

    ....I am praying for Mary, so sorry to hear she is in ICU, but I bet she'll start fighting it out real quick, she's a toughie, and I know she's going to be just fine, my heart is with her!

    Doing Better
    Mom is doing sooo much better! She is feeling better, and her vitals have remained fairly stable. She's had all kinds of tubes and things removed, including her NG tube. She's not feeling any nausea, and her pain is still being managed pretty well. They moved her into a private room this evening. Hopefully she has a great night and continues on a great recovery! She thanks everyone for their support; I'll be bringing the laptop by tomorrow to read her everyone's comments :)

    Thanks so much for this update, I thought about Mary today, hoping she would be doing better and getting in her own room, I am very happy to hear she's doing better, and she will get even better! soon to be home I hope on the road to her speedy recovery!

    ....just hit the browse files button on Photobucket, and another box will pop up where you find on your computer where the pic is, and then just hit "upload" it should pop up right there on your photobucket page :)
