Update on mom

So we have found out that the chemo is not working so they are trying another kind of chemo she goes monday 11th to get her 2nd one of this new one they are tring then they are going to do a ct scan and see if it is working if not they are going to STOP the chemo :(

    I am sorry to hear that
    I am sorry to hear that your mom is having difficulty with the chemo she was on, however try to stay positive for both her and yourself this new chemo may do the trick. I know this is a difficult time, I will be keeping you both in my prayers.

    I too am sorry that your mom is having such a hard time with chemo, my family and I will pray that this one works. I have the same problem, the first one I tried I was allergic to, and the second one did not work, the third one I was allergic to also, so now I am on the last shot. My doctor says if this doesn't work I'll have to go onto hospice, some days are hard and some are not. So just try to think possitive and know that you are in my prayers.

    I am so impressed with the 'techy' skills of some of the folks that post here! How did you upload that beautiful 'Hugs' butterfly graphic? I may not be able to do it, but I'd love to try! Regardless, please know that I am hugely impressed with your skills!

    Please don't despair! This may all work out yet.
    I am sorry that you are going through this scary and sad time. If they stop the chemo, and you want to fight on, I'll bet that there are other treatments you can try. Please try not to despair or give up hope. ((((Big hugs))))
