Had to cancel another medical appt. GRRRRRRRRR !!!!!!!!!

I don't know why I even opened this topic as it really, for me anywho, is the same old same old - can't predict I can be anywhere with any degree of certainty EVER. This appointment was a Pre Op for one of my surgeries too, can't get there - nauseous. Started off this morning with a bit of heart arythmia then that left and this overwhelming tiredness left me resting til I had to get up and start to get ready for the appt. Started to run the shower and WHAM - nausea from hell. Sigh. I stood there for a bit wondering if I could still make it and then realized - no way so shut off the shower and went and called the hospital and they moved the Pre Op meeting til this Thursday at 1:30. I took it but no idea if I will make that one either. It's a pattern for me with the way my health is but trust me, after 18 years of this, it gets old. Anywho, just had lunch so guess it's back to horizontal for me and hope whatever this is, goes away. Blessings, Blueroses.

    Hi Blue. Sorry things have been rough lately. I guess its a good day to curl up with your cat. Anyway its far too cold to be outside today. I am sorry your heart won't cooperate a little more so you can get through all of this. Its bad enough struggling with appointments and procedures and even worse when you can't get things out of the way and move on. I just keep hoping that things get done before summer so you can get a break. Hug. Slickwilly

    Oh well we all have rough spots. This spot has stretched about 20 years so it's a whopper but this too shall pass, won't it? lol. Anywho I am going to order in dinner tonight and try to turn the night around. Still feeling nauseated so I think I will get some lean delivery meal and settle in to watch the season finale of The Bachelor which should be a doozy. I just want to live in lala land for a bit - escapism works now and again. Thanks for the the reply. Hugs, Blueroses.

    Thanks for your well wishes. Just got back from a Pre Op meeting before my surgery, now there is a stall as they want to wait for heart tests that I am having next week. Oh man, one delay after another. I am going to try ( someone shoot me for trying this ) to get two surgeons in one operating room so that they can yank out the dang kidney stone at the same time I am under anesthesia so I don't have to be put out twice. Talk about a miracle. lol. Tomorrow I have a new specialist WOOHOOO the fun never ends, lol, a rheumatologist so have to bash out notes for him to scoff at, lol. Just so happens its in the same clinic the urologist is in so maybe I can talk them into it then. The beat goes on, um I hope. lol. Hope today was a good day for you. Hugs, Blueroses
