Hi Everyone,
I'm home!
Thanks so much for all your posts wishing me well!
Surgery went very well. Two mets were removed from my left lung. I had a lot less pain with this surgery and am now looking forward to making a quick recovery. I see my oncologist in a week and a half to find out what my next step is.

I never canceled my cruise and have decided to go. I can't wait!

Take care,
Jamie

Such good news. Glad things went well.
I;m a little jealous of you. I'd love to gat surgery to my lung mets, but I'm told they are too small and wide spread. Keep on healing and enjoy that cruise!

    Yay!
Whew, now that you've gotten that out of the way you must feel so relieved. I knew you'd be better in time to go on that cruise. Like I said before, all you have to do is sit there and eat!
Drop me an e-mail and if your ship comes to Seward I'll take you out for dinner!
Glad to hear things went so smoothly.
    Cheers,
    Susan

    Jamie,

I am glad that you are home from the surgery.

Enjoy that cruise, I went on one when I was 7 weeks postop, I had a great time and even went snorkeling with my new ostomy.
