hip pain

Hi, Anyone have lower back pain (ie top of buttocks) and hip pain, and have that be a symptom of colorectal cancer? My doctors are stymied...been in pain for 3 years. Had breast cancer 4 years' ago...

    I had severe hip pain before my dx July 2003 Stage IV colon cancer. It went away after my surgery, and chemo and radiation. My doc never admitted it was a symptom of cancer. However I did have it. Hope this helps you.
