ovarian cancer gone to soft tissue

I have a 32 year old daughter who has ovarian cancer that was diagnosed last year when she was pregnant.
It is now gone to her brain, lungs, thyroid, paraaortic lymph nodes, etc,
Toxil and Carboplatin didn't work. She is getting radiation and will start Topetican.

I need any body who has any knowledge or experience with this kind of cancer,
