Final update on my mom with glioblastoma grade IV

Hi everyone. Sorry I haven't been on for awhile. My mom had a major setback and passed away on April 27th. She fought a good fight and never gave up. The cancer was just too agressive. She was very positive throughout the whole time. She had alot of courage and fight, but her body finally had no fight left in it. She was ready to go. It has been a very difficult time. She only had nine months since her diagnosis but it was nine months that she got to spend with her husband, children and grandchildren. Everyone's case is different so don't ever give up. My mom never did. We will all miss her very much but I am glad she is not suffering anymore. Thanks to all of you who responded to my messages. Sorry I haven't been on for awhile. Any responses will be greatly appreciated.

    Hey..all my sympathy on the loss of your mom. I know it must be a heartbreaking time for you...I am sending prayers and good thoughts your way.

    i am so sorry for your loss. My Dad lost his battle on May 16th. Only 41/2 months after his diagnosis. He also was a fighter and had a wonderful disposition to the very end. Although my loss goes deep, I know he is better now. I look at my 3 kids and I am sorrowful at everything they will miss out on with Grandpa. It doesn't seem fair, but God has a plan.
