NED on my 5th year CT scan!

Hi all, hope everyone is doing well under this pandemic.

I would like to share my NED result after my 5th year CT scan (but not till Sept to be 5 years). 

Somehow, my scanxiety was much higher than the last couple of years. Maybe because understanding the recurrent time is usually later for the early-stage survivors.

The report also mentioned there are 3 sclerotic bone lesions but they have been stable since 2016 and my bone scan result is normal as well. 

I still haven't talked to my doctor, but the nurse shared the news with me and I read the reports online. I recalled my doctor agreed to continue the follow up on me for another five years. But not sure if it is gonna be yearly or continuing as every 6 months.

    I will pray for both of you that Uncle NED will visit! Also, most cystic RCC are indolent, so try not to worry too much (i was very scared too ....)!

    Finally spoke with my doctor, and he will continue to follow up on me for at least 10 years. So CXR+US in 6 months and then CT in one year.
