Sorry no one has responded at all. Lots of folks have read your post but probably thought they couldn't be helpful.

    I would re-post or try SmartPatients.com

    they have more folks there.

Let us know how you are doing.

    Sending you HOPE and HUGS,

Your mass was on the small side

I totally understand the fear but I assume your surgeon has indicated that you still have all the positives of an early detection

There are a few Others on here.. with same as yours but don’t always post... search and you will see

Please don’t suffer.. come back and let us know how you are getting on

    Hi Jan

    Hi Jan

SP community give good prognosis as well as my doctor said the same thing.

My friend's doctor told 30per chances of recurrence  which scared me.

    Thanks

    Papillary type Ii

So sorry l haven't been on site for awhile. I have responded privately to Jason but welcome any questions others may have.  At the time of dxd l was given a 50% chance of reoccurance in December 2011.  Tumor was Grade 4, Stage 3, invaded perinephric fat and over 90% necrosis, 4.1 cm.

I continue to be under the care of an oncologist and so far have remained NED.  The thoughts of reoccurance always linger in my mind but l try to remain positive.  My doctor is impressed with my journey so far as he felt this was a very aggressive form.  I wish everyone on this site the very best of health.  Try to make the best of every day.
