Have been very quiet latley. Finished Bendamustine, Rituxan and nulesta treatments in February.  Starting to feel human again. Start 2 yrs of Rituxin maintenance in a few weeks . Had weird spot show up on the apple of my cheek a few weeks ago.I went to dermatologist and he froze it and said if it disappears completely in 3 weeks I don't need to come back in but if it doesn't disappear completely I need to come in and 3 weeks. what freaked me out was this Stuff coming out of it is gross but then I got really nervous about it spreading.

ultimately I have to realize whether it be skin cancer or a fast growing aggressive cancer, or a slow growing cancer, There are victories over cancer all over this site. So no matter where you are in this journey always keep looking towards the victory that has your name on it. ♡

Hi GG. . .I have been wondering about you. I'm glad you are finished with your Bendamustine and beginning to feel better. You are just about to begin 2 years of Rituxan maintenance and I just finished mine. I will be going in a couple of weeks to have my first scan in 2 years. Mostly I am trying to keep my mind off it. For now.

I hope the skin problem doesn't turn out to be anything major. I hope it completely disappears and that will be that.

I'm happy to hear from you and hope you stay active on the site.

    HI gg:

I hope that the damn spot turns out to be benign.  My brother had a spot  on his back which was skin cancer (squamus, the name is.)  The doctor removed it and said that usually that kind of lesion does not return.  Was a few years ago and it has not returned.

I have not been on here lately due to  cardiac surgery in January, 2014 (2nd one) and a small stroke in Feb. of this year, whereby I walk like a drunk duck, but am improving.    Am having physical therapy for this.  Enough already I say, for you and me.

Hope all goes well for you.

    Thanks Rocquie,
    I  wish you

    Thanks Rocquie,

I  wish you clean results from your scan. I feels nice  to be done with Bendamustine and nulesta but I am so not looking forward to rituxen for two years.  But it's only once every two months so that's manageable I suppose.

Thanks for wandering about me. I didn't intend on not posting for that long but life gets crazy tho. Cancer or not.

Stay busy and keep us posted on your scan.
