Stomach ache

Its been 3 months since my radical nephrectomy and I'm always having stomach ache specially in the morning....My stomach is always full of air and the pain seems to be coming from the intestine...then after farting a lot, followed by a bowel movement, it goes away slowly....but it always happen every morning......anybody have experience these? thanks...

    We only kid about living on pizza and beer. What is going on with your diet?

    Hi Fox, they are referring me to a dietitian.....Is there anything to do with my diet? I'm eating same thing as before, rice, pork, vegies and Ensure nutrition supplement drink at night? could this be a met in my colon?

    Too big a jump at this point. You are just beginning this journey. Your body is reacting to something. Be patient. There is still alot going on and there are adjustments to be made in everything about you. Don't panic. It will be OK.

    Wow, sorry you are going through this. Have you tried Probiotics? The sell them over the counter.

    Hope you find out what this is and feel better soon. Dietician will help as well.

    Ensure?

    How late at night are you drinking that Ensure?  Also, are you consuming the low sugar version of it?

    Ensure may contain high protein but you also need fats to digest that protein properly.  The fact that you are experience passing of gas early in the morning leads me to believe that you might want to stop the Ensure and see what results.

    Hi Nano, I sleep around 3am

    Hi Nano, I sleep around 3am and wakes up around 12:00noon.......I drink Ensure whenever I experience being half awake in between because i am feeling emptiness in my stomach which makes me half awake frequently during my sleep....Yes I will stop drinking it and see what happens....Thanks...
