We take some bumps and bruises.  No big deal. We spit in cancers face.

Djinnie.. ENUFF!!! I am so sorry for all you are enduring. No wonder you have been on my mind of late.

Sending you a shoulder to lean on. Glad you are able to come here and share what you are going through.

This news just put my little issues into a different persepective.

Fox - we should have a bulletin board at the front of this Board and place posts like yours. That’s some awesome writing. From biker to philosopher, you’re the best. I’m printing your theory off and taping it to John’s bathroom mirror. I think all of us “in the fight” need a daily dose of this inspiration.  Thank you.

Thanks to all you's lovely people for all the comforting supportive comments. These things are sent to try us I suppose. I am not panicking just a bit peed off, it is hugely frustrating in that these cantankerous little blighters can't be safely removed. I feel sure though that my Dr La Guerre will have come up with a killer plan by Tuesday to bring them into compliance.

In the meantime lovely Nurse Pick comes every morning to pierce my derrière with a heady cocktail. It is certainly helping somewhat to stem the flow so to speak. Sticking to liquid goup is also helping a little, my husband, bless him, creates art work on my plate to make my meals more appetising. Like you Melissa I can't stomach everything blended together. I feel the only thing missing is a high chair, lol!

Strong motivational rallying prose for the troops Foxie, few could have voiced it better. As my historical hero Churchill once said in his war cry " We shall never surrender " I certainly don't intend to.

Djinnie, what about things

Djinnie, what about things like mashed potatoes or pureed veggies? Sounds silly but have you considered some of the baby food available since they're fairly easy to swallow. Or does it have to be more liquid? I have full faith in Dr. La Guerre and you coming up with a battle plan!
