    Shortly after the original post Jim's breathing started to change and he breathed his last breath soon after. I believe his spirit left before the last breath because I felt the most awful pain in my heart. Even though I thought it would be a relief, it was devestating when the nurse said, "He's gone."  I say, "Gone from my sight, but still in my heart."
