Celebratory coffee drink the size of my head can only mean one thing...

I've just returned from my annual mammogram and hearing those beautiful words from the radiologist: "Everything looks good, see you next year"!

So I'm celebrating in my usual way, for those of you who remember from past years:  with an extra large Dark Chocolate Iced Blended Mocha from Coffee Bean.  700 calories, according to their website -- and I believe I've earned every single one of them today!

This is now my 6th clean mammogram since completing treatment 4 1/2 years ago, and I pray it continues -- it could be because of the Tamoxifen I take faithfully every day...or maybe, just maybe, these 700-calorie chocolatey, sugary coffee drinks have special cancer-fighting properties? Think my oncologist would buy that...?

Happy That All Went Well For You!

I don't do mammograms anymore but perhaps I should take up your chocolate mocha bean drink.  Sounds good!

And put a little kaluha in it!!

Don't you just think that would make it complete?   Congratulations, congratulations, congratulations Tracy.  I'm right behind you - and even though I too take my Tamoxifen religiously, I chose to think (now) that there are absolutely no cancer cells anywhere anyway.

Can I get a whoo hooo?

Great news, Traci!  Enjoy your drink (since it was so big you are probably still finishing it) and ease of mind for a while.  I agree with Suzanne, a little shot of kaluha would be a nice enhancement!

    Very Best,

    Frangelico!

Ha ha, Clementine!  No, I'm not still working on it, but I did nurse those 32 ounces (no joke, they'll really make a 32-ounce drink if you ask) all day!

I'm not much of a Kahlua girl -- but I can totally get behind Frangelico (hazelnut liqueur).  If -- as Victoria was so quick to point out Wink -- I hadn't had to get some work done, I might have sneaked a shot of that!
