Tamoxifen helped other disease...anyone else?

I have had ulcertive colotis for 22 yrs...while on tamoxifen it was great..no issues...i recently went of tamoxifen after 5 yrs (in Aug) and my colitis started back up...mild right now...

No side effect from meds other then hystercomty due to enlarged uterus.

 

Anyone else have other disease or medical issue?

    Have several others

    I have chronic kidney disease, high blood pressure (which is under control with meds) and have had colitis for about 35 years.  Last check-up with pcp kidneys had improved.  I am doing chemo now, have had 2 surgeries (biopsy & port), other than being allergic to the chemo I have been doing fine.  I'm stage 4 idc recurrent, oh and how could I forget? I had modified rad mx in 2008.  I haven't started any hormones yet.

    I went to gastro Dr

    I went to gastro Dr today...coloscopy MONDAY...#23...not that I count...(annually and one time 2 x in one year)

    I TOLD gastro Dr how colitis was much better/non existant while on Tamoxifen...she really didnt' comment..
