How are you doing?  It is hard to know when the site has been messed up, if people are not posting because they get frustrated, busy, on Vacation or whatever, or if they are struggling and could use support.

VickiSam and Sirod, have been wonderful in keeping up and asking after others.  With me lately, by the time something registers, I see a post from them.  Was still hoping to get to Sacramento to visit and see my fellow pinks, but the longer I wait, the less possible it seems....  was still hoping to meet Suzanne, Linda, Chen and the rest of the Northern Ca group.  (I still think I should be living in So. Ca, just so I would be closer to everyone, especially family and friends, not to miss the ocean too)lol.

Hugs Miss Renee,

Carol

    Hi everyone!

Sorry that I haven't been here in a while--the recent posts on FB about our dear Chenheart have led me back.  First of all, I want you all to know, you're all in my daily prayers--by name.  I love you all and think about you all often--each in your own way.

I am doing well.  My husband and I just got back a couple of weeks ago from a "bucket-list" 2-week trip to Paris.  The most incredible vacation either one of us have ever taken.  It was beyond wonderful.

My grandson, Lincoln, who turned 1 on July 9 continues to be the joy of my life.  I am still watching him on Wednesdays and Fridays and loving every minute of it.

I am feeling well, still on the monthly injections of Faslodex and Xgeva.  My next PET scan will be probably in October.  My PET scan in April showed no evidence of active disease (remission)!

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for caring.  I can't tell you how much you all mean to me.  And, Sweet-Sue from NY, I'm planning on being in NY for Thanksgiving.  We must get together.

    Love and many hugs, Renee

    Paris!

    Dear Renee,

I am so happy you and your husband enjoyed Paris.  I love the City of Lights.  I am so happy that all is well in your life and glad that you have given us an update.

    Best to you,

    Doris

PS:  Now you have to go to London, Rome.....  I am so happy I did my bucket list when I could.

    Hey Renee!

I am so happy to read about your trip to Paris!  It sounds like it was wonderful.  Wow, it's hard to believe that Lincoln is a year old already.  Where does the time go.  Glad you get to spend some quality time with him on Wednesday & Friday.  Isn't it wonderful.

Glad to hear you are visiting NY.  Sue, we need to talk Renee into coming earlier in November and come down to Hershey with you!  If not, I may just have to find my way to NY at Thanksgiving. Laughing

    xoxo,

    Jean
