    Easy strawberry pie recipe for the summer

     Strawberry Pie


    Pre-baked pie shelled - cooled
    2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
    3 oz box Srawberry Jello
    1 1/2 cup water
    1 cup sugar
    3 tablespoons cornstarch


    Line the bottom of the shell with sliced strawberries. Combine cornstarch, sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil an simmer, stirring constantly until thickened. Add the Jello and stir until dissolved. Pour over strawberries and refrigerate until set - serve with whipped cream topping.

    Hawaiian Dessert


    • 1 package yellow cake mix (regular size)
    • 3 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 4 cups cold milk
    • 1-1/2 teaspoons coconut extract
    • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 can (20 ounces) DOLE® Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice, well drained
    • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped and sweetened
    • 2 cups flaked coconut, toasted
    Directions
    • Mix cake batter according to package directions. Pour into two greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pans. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until the cakes test done. Cool completely.
    • In a large bowl, combine pudding mixes, milk and coconut extract; beat for 2 minutes. Add the cream cheese and beat well. Stir in pineapple.
    • Spread over the cooled cakes. Top with whipped cream; sprinkle with coconut. Chill for at least 2 hours.

    5 Minute Fudge Oh Yea! lol

     5 MINUTE FUDGE

    2/3 cup evaporated milk
    1 tablespoon unsalted butter
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 (6 ounce) packages milk chocolate chips
    16 large marshmallows
    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    1 cup chopped nuts


    Directions
    1.Combine sugar, milk, butter and salt in a medium sized saucepan. Bring to a boil, cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    2.Add in chocolate chips; cook until melted.
    3.Remove from heat; stir in marshmallows, vanilla and nuts. Mix well.
    4.Pour into a 8-inch pan.
    Cool cut into squares.

    Sounds good!

    Peel biscuits in half and lay across top.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake for 25-30 minutes.

    OMG Fudge!  YUM!  Noel, every time I log on, I always get a new recipe from here and print it off.  I don't know if I will ever make all of them, but, I have made some and loved them. 

    I hope everyone continues to post new ones on here.  It's like our own little CSN cookbook!
